2 seconds later he’s back at the table with fresh hot shrimp and fry’s. That after that I didn’t want anything! She told this manager that as well. At this point the manager takes not only my plate but my husband’s as well?!?! I told the waitress who did at least say she was sorry. I tell him I am not eating that it’s cold. Manager got pissed because I wouldn’t take it. Am employee had played with the plate before he serviced it also.
A manager came by and serviced me stone cold food. Before my salad got to the table the rest of my meal was in the window ready and waiting. Today is thanksgiving we went to eat at the Hard Rock today.
